Former Vice President Joe Biden held a news conference to discuss reports that President Trump may have withheld aid from Ukraine in order to have them investigate the business
dealings of his son. Biden called the President's actions an "abuse of power," and added that if the president did not comply with congress they should move forward with an impeachment inquiry.
