Multiple sources confirmed last month that the Longhorns and Sooners are exploring ways to join the SEC a year early, in 2024. Yormark said the 2023 football schedule should be released in the next few weeks with the additions of BYU, Central Florida, Cincinnati and Houston.“It has nothing to do with Texas and Oklahoma. They don’t control our scheduling process,” Yormark said. “We want to make sure it’s done in the most appropriate way.
