Parramatta Eels coach Brad Arthur had every right to feel aggrieved as a crucial missed call from the officials led to Will Penisini being sent to the sin bin for a professional foul on Manly’s Tom Trbojevic .
However, Trbojevic appeared to be in front of Brooks when he made the kick, meaning the Manly man was off-side and should not have been allowed to make a play. In fact, Arthur’s side managed to get on the scoreboard through Maika Sivo in the 66th minute to reduce the deficit to just two points.
