SAN JOSE — Three big office buildings in San Jose that are leased to tech firms have been bought for more than $90 million in a deal that points to a sturdy Silicon Valley office market despite growing economic turbulence.
A Bay Area group, acting through an affiliate, paid slightly under $94.7 million for the buildings, the county property records show. The buildings are part of Montague Crossing, a four-building tech campus at the corner of East Trimble Road and Junction Avenue, with additional frontage on Montague Expressway in north San Jose.
