Atlanta Falcons rookie running back Bijan Robinson loved the performance of his fellow backfield mates on Sunday’s win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
But while answering questions about his limited action, Robinson instead sang the praises of fellow running backswho came up big for the Falcons in a contest that came down to a game-winning field goal.
Allgeier picked up where he left off in Week 1 by putting together his best overall performance since his two-touchdown day in the season-opening 24-10 win over the Carolina Panthers. On Sunday, he posted 21 carries for 59 yards and three catches for a career-high 53 receiving yards.For Patterson, finding a role this season has been hard to come by just one year removed from a nine-touchdown season.
