Billionaire Computershare founder Chris Morris has listed a luxury $5 million Middle Park apartment with knockout bay views for sale, but he won’t be short of accommodation options.
It features high-end trimmings such as Gaggenau appliances, a marble kitchen bench, butler’s pantry and European oak herringbone floors, set in a boutique block facing the bay. Jellis Craig listing agent Simon Gowling said the home was highly secure and would be perfect for a downsizer.“It is very rare to get an apartment of this quality along that stretch, in Middle Park and Albert Park,” he said.
Morris founded share registry company Computershare but stepped down from the board in 2021. His wealth was valued at $1.63 billion on the most recent AFR Rich List.
