Dodd Waters, 55, is charged with one count of possession of child pornography. He is one of four people arrested last week in Etowah County by deputies and police officers who are part of Alabama’s Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
A Birmingham Crisis Center employee is under arrest and on administrative leave after he was charged in east Alabama on a child porn charge.
Executive Director Meg McGlamery said Waters was a phone line specialist for the Crisis and Suicide Hotline for 10 years.
