A Birmingham mother has been sentenced to prison for the 2020 shooting death of her adult son. Jefferson County Circuit Judge Shanta Craig Owens on Wednesday sentenced 48-year-old Micia Sharika Gamble to 90 years in prison.

Micia Sharika Gamble and Gregory Peck are charged with murder in the April 13, 2020 shooting death of Tim’Darius Theophilus Gamble.
