A US protest organiser says the black community in America is fed up with being subjected to years of police brutality and wants reform, including de-arming police and racial bias training.

"We are seeing that another African-American has been unjustly murdered in one of our cities and people have had enough," Mr Anderson said. "And we have been seeing this happen over the last decade, and now our communities across America are fed up with those who are supposed to protect and serve our communities,
and then, most often, are not held accountable for their actions and so we're seeing just years of frustration explode here in America.", have rocked America for the past week, with the National Guard called out in many cities.Mr Anderson said he did not condone the violence and destruction.
