Food Safety officers found 'major improvement necessary'
Park View Care Home on Lytham Road was visited by inspectors on April 7 2022 - and their findings have now been published on the official food hygiene ratings website.

Zero is the lowest score available and five is the highest. The officers gave Park View Care Home a rating of one - this means 'major improvement necessary'.
This newest rating comes after the care home received a "good" CQC report in December 2021. The report said that the home was good in nearly all areas, but required improvement in the safe handling of patient medications. The report went on to say this these issues were addressed in by management whilst the review as being carried out.
