will sell five examples of the X6 Black Vermillion Edition in Australia, each featuring a host of bespoke components that make it stand out from the regular X6 M50i on which it is based.
The first unique touch applied to the X6 Black Vermillion Edition is the BMW Individual Frozen Black metallic paint finish. The SUV has then been outfitted with BMW’s customary kidney grille, albeit one that is finished in Shadow Line high gloss and features grille slats in high gloss red. The kidney grille also features BMW’s ‘Iconic Glow’ illumination.
Found in the cabin are a number of distinctive features. For starters, the luxurious SUV has a full Merino leather interior finished in black and red contrast stitching across the front row. It also sports a panoramic glass roof, Alcantara headliner, Active Seat Ventilation, Comfort Seats, velour floor mats with an Anthracite finish and red bindings, Fineline Black surfaces with aluminum inserts, and an ‘Edition Black Vermillion’ badge on the center console cover.
Aussies interested in buying one will need to place a reservation through BMW’s website and pay a $5,000 reservation fee. The has a drive-away price of AU$208,900 , making it approximately AU$20,000 more expensive than a standard X6 M50i.
