As Ozan Dokmecioglu steps away due to violations of Keurig Dr Pepper's code of conduct, Bob Gamgort is back in the chief executive spot after less than four months away from the role.
Dokmecioglu, who was also a member of the beverage company's board of directors and previously served as its CFO and president, officially took on the CEO role in late July.
A news release stated that Dokmecioglu"agreed to resign due to violations of the Company's Code of Conduct that were unrelated to strategy, operations or financial reporting." "Keurig Dr Pepper's Code of Conduct is built on a foundation of ethics, integrity and personal responsibility. Every employee, without exception, is accountable for knowing and following the Code," saidGamgort, who is the current executive chairman of KDP, was reappointed to the CEO role by the company's board. He will continue to maintain the role of chairman, as well.
"KDP has a deep and talented executive team," said Gamgort in a statement. "I look forward to continuing to work with the leadership team and the Board in the role I held less than four months ago." KDP , with nearly $13 billion in revenue, is co-headquartered in Burlington, Massachusetts, and Frisco.
