BOILER-PIPE: Mail The bodies of two boys, aged five and three, have been found in a Townsville river following a desperate overnight search. An Amber Alert was issued by Queensland Police after the boys went missing from a home in Brett Street in Cranbrook about 5.30pm yesterday.
captured the boys walking along the street towards the Ross River. The boys were last seen on walking towards the Ross River. Police confirmed this morning the boys' bodies had been found by officers submerged in the river near Cranbrook Park. There are no suspicious circumstances surrounding the deaths. Police thanked the media and the public for their assistance and extended their condolences to the boys' family. More to come.
