Two primary-school aged children whose decaying remains were discovered inside old suitcases that a horrified family won in a Storage Wars-style auction have been identified.
Two sets of human remains which were discovered inside old suitcases purchased in a Storage Wars-style auction in Auckland earlier this month have been identified.
A horrified family in South Auckland made the gruesome discovery on August 11 as they rummaged through the contents of an abandoned storage unit they won at an auction. "Police investigating the deaths of two children, located on 11 August in Manurewa, are now able to confirm the identification process has been completed," Detective Inspector Tofilau Faamanuia Vaaelua said in a statement.
