Urbina Contreras, of Long Branch, disappeared under the water shortly before 6:30 p.m. Saturday, officials said. Several county and state emergency responders searched for Urbina Contreras by air and in the water until 11:30 p.m. Saturday before resuming the next morning, officials said.
