A body discovered in a Dorset river is believed to be that of a missing teen.
Alex Bendall disappeared from his home in Dorchester on February 12, and his family said at the time it was ‘out of character for him to go wandering’ without telling them.
In a statement, the force confirmed that a body found in the River Frome, which runs through Dorchester, was missing Alex.Although formal identification has not yet taken place, specialist officers informed his family.
