Illia Golem has been labelled the world’s most “monstrous” bodybuilder.
The Czech colossus weighs a staggering 158kg and stands 6-feet tall or 1.82 metres.The 35-year-old joined his local gym as a kid because he wanted to be like his heroes Arnold Schwarzenegger and Sylvester Stallone.With the help of the gym’s trainer and with tips from magazines, Golem began on the path to becoming one of the world’s most imposing bodybuilders.He usually opts to eat seven meals, packing in the calories to supplement his gym work.
