Authorities arrested Jorge Gallardo on a murder charge after he was accused of stabbing a person with a tool at the Rooster's location on West Broad Street on Friday night. Court documents showed Gallardo was arguing with the victim before stabbing the victim with the tool. The victim died of the injury, and Gallardo was taken into custody by Franklin County Sheriff's deputies.At his arraignment, his bond was set at $1 million. As a condition of his bond, he must stay away from all Rooster's locations as well as possess no weapons or firearms.
