A Boulder home that’s sold three times in just over two years tops December’s list of priciest local home sales, according to MLS data.
Kimberly Thompson and Paige Coutts of Milehimodern in Boulder listed the five-bedroom, four-bathroom house designed by Surround Architecture on Aug. 9 for $8.5 million.According to Boulder County property records, Kyle John and Lacey Jo Musick sold the home to Eric Echelmeyer and the Laura S. Bell Trust.
