in 2013 by former student flatmates Eirik Holth and Gabriel Shohet and currently has more than 40 locations around the world.As well as chains in the likes of Manchester, Edinburgh and Liverpool, the company has also set up shop inBlack Sheep seeks to differentiate itself from competitors with a coffee selection featuring traditionally unfavoured Robusta specialty coffee, while also offering a more conventional menu of single origin Arabicas. It also places an emphasis on eco-friendly values.
