Ashley Alsione Ruscoe entered the pleas in Downing Centre Local Court this week, admitting to one count of domestic violence-related assault and one count of stalking or intimidation with intent to cause fear.
Ashley Alsione Ruscoe has pleaded guilty to domestic violence -related assault and stalking or intimidation against Harry Garside .
Ashley Alsione Ruscoe entered the pleas in Downing Centre Local Court on Monday, admitting to one count of domestic violence-related assault and one count of stalking or intimidation with intent to cause fear.Ruscoe is now also subject to a two-year apprehended domestic violence order made for the protection of Mr Garside.The orders also include a requirement that the 36-year-old not assault, threaten, stalk, harass or intimidate Mr Garside or anyone he has a domestic relationship with.
Mr Garside had previously been charged over the same incident and denied wrongdoing, and the case against him was withdrawn about a month before Ruscoe's arrest.
