Officers are at the scene
were called out to a report of a stabbing at Cramond Walk, Halliwell, at around 4am yesterday .
All three are still in a serious condition at hospital receiving treatment, the force says. A 21-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and remains in police custody for questioning. Enquiries are ongoing. The Southern House block of flats is currently taped off while investigations continue this morning .
