St. Thomas kept its season alive with a thrilling 27-21 overtime victory against Addison Trinity Christian last week. Junior quarterback Donte Lewis connected with Shaffer Henderson for the 20-yard, game-winning touchdown after the Eagles’ defense made a huge goal-line stop. Lewis accounted for four touchdowns, including two on the ground. He has piled up 2,954 yards and 36 touchdowns this season. St. Thomas is playing in the state semifinals for the fourth time since 2014.
