The new non-invasive tech would spot scan and spot small changes as they happen.
Scientists are working on a device that could fit inside a bra and keep an eye on whether a breast cancer tumour is growing.
It would be used alongside treatment and other regular checks and scans. Data would be recorded and sent back to the wearer and doctor via smartphone so that assessments can be made about growth. Dr Yang Wei, expert in electronic textiles and engineering at NTU, shared: "The technology would measure changes in breast tissue and help improve a patient's chance of survival."
