There was not a dry eye in the house after Loose Women star Brenda Edwards performed on Britain Get Singing 👏
Ahead of the performance, Brenda dedicated the moment to her late son Jamal, who died earlier this year at the age of 31.
‘We’ve all got a close bond with Brenda, especially as she’s been through such a rough time,’ Linda told cameras.The TV star broke down during rehearsals Before walking out in front of the audience, Brenda declared: ‘I’m doing this in honour and in memory of my son Jamal. Music seems to help me if I’m feeling down.‘I am really grateful that I have them around me so it’s an honour to be singing with them.
‘I can barely see cos I’ve got tears in my eyes and my heart is pounding out of my chest because I loved that so much,’ she said. ‘I really loved that on so many levels. I love each and every one of you and what you represent.’Alesha described Brenda’s vocals as ‘beautiful,’ while Will continued: ‘That was perfect. Because it hit all the right emotional notes. You guys bonded as a family on stage and it was beautiful.
