Bridgerton's Queen Charlotte confirms release date with new first-look trailer
, with Rhimes unveiling the release date and trailer during a global fan event. The one-minute teaser hints at Charlotte and George's blossoming relationship, as they face pressure from within to"secure their position" on the throne.
Reprising their roles from the parent series are Golda Rosheuvel, Adjoa Andoh and Ruth Gemmell . The new cast includes Michelle Fairley, Corey Mylchreest and Arsema Thomas, with the trio playing Princess Augusta, King George and Agatha Danbury respectively.
