Former federal treasurer Josh Frydenberg, who lost the seat of Kooyong to a independent Monique Ryan, has found his next job. He'll join investment bank Goldman Sachs as a senior regional adviser for the Asia Pacific lachieabbott
in his Melbourne seat of Kooyong and was among a number of senior Liberal MPs to lose to so-called teal independents backed by wealthy political activist Simon Holmes a Court.

His significant understanding of geopolitical and economic issues will bring considerable value to our clients across the region and beyond,” said Kevin Sneader, co-president of Goldman Sachs in Asia Pacific Ex-Japan.
