A Brisbane man who launched a racist tirade and repeatedly struck at a group with his crutches on Anzac Day has been fined $391.
Prasong Wichuma, a professional Muay Thai fighter and trainer, said he saw the man walk out along the pontoon and hit a Korean couple, who he did not know, with crutches.
