A 69-year-old British cyclist was reportedly killed during an alleged hit-and-run incident in Spain.
A British cyclist was killed during a hit-and-run incident in Spain, it has been reported.
The 69-year-old man died after being knocked off his bike on a road in the Torre municipality, near to Almeria, in the south-east of the country.Despite the best efforts of medics, he died as a a result of the injuries sustained in the incident.Civil Guard sources confirmed today that they had arrested a man on suspicion of manslaughter and failing to stop at the scene of an accident.
