Western Australia's emerging electric vehicle charging network saw the state named one of "52 Places To Go This Year" by the newspaper. "We have a remote state so we have issues in terms of the remoteness and maintaining those services," he said. The company said that due to extreme climates and resource constraints, back-up chargers had been installed at all its remote sites. James Collins says family road trips often require more planning and problem solving in an EV.In April last year, the South West became the first region in WA to have all the chargers in its section of the government's EV network brought online.
