Broncos star Ezra Mam has been fined $850 and banned from driving for at least six months after pleading guilty to drug driving in a Brisbane court.
Mam, 21, sat still throughout Monday morning’s proceedings in a packed Brisbane courtroom and did not speak other than to make his plea of guilty to two charges.Broncos NRL player Ezra Mam arrives at the Brisbane Magistrates Courts on Monday.Mam was charged with one count each of driving while a relevant drug was present in blood, and driving a motor vehicle without a licence, after the Ford Ranger he was driving collided with an Uber in Bardon, in Brisbane’s west, on October 18.
Mam returned a positive result to a roadside drug test and was detained for a further blood test. The secondary test also returned a positive result.
