The monumental bronze sculpture ' Tide ' created by Sydney artist Bronwyn Oliver in 2000 was auctioned by the Fink family, who commissioned it for their high-end restaurant Quay in Sydney. The sale, held in August 2023, fetched $1,156,250 including buyer’s premium, exceeding the estimated $300,000-$450,000. It broke Oliver’s previous sales record of $700,000 set earlier in the year and was hailed as the most valuable Australian sculpture auctioned in the country.
