Kate Middleton has been pictured holding a tiny baby after she's previously hinted at her hopes of baby number four.
Kate, who wore a stunning yellow Karen Millen dress for the engagement, was at the hospital to hear more about the holistic support it provides to pregnant women and new mothers to ensure they receive the best possible care throughout and beyond their pregnancies. Kate’s meeting with baby Bianca comes after the mum-of-three admitted earlier this year that meeting babies often makes her broody.
