His younger brother, Dominic Von Stanke, was given a five-year-and-four-month sentence — with a non-parole period of four years and three months."It may have only taken 39 seconds, but that was all that was necessary to inflict the fatal blow or blows," Judge Davison said during sentencing.
He fell to the ground before being picked up, placed in a headlock, moved in a twisting motion and thrown back to the ground head first.Both men left the scene and went to a family Christmas party.
