Following recent announcements on his dementia diagnosis, Bruce Willis is seen with his family in a sweet new video as they sing him Happy Birthday.
A new video shows Bruce Willis in good spirits as his family members sing him a touching rendition of Happy Birthday. Best known for hit movies like Die Hard, Unbreakable, The Sixth Sense, and a host of others, Willis announced his retirement from movies last March. While it was initially revealed that the actor was retiring due to aphasia, his family has since shared that Willis' condition has progressed and that he has a form of dementia called frontotemporal dementia .
SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY Now, several weeks following Willis' post-retirement health update, Demi Moore, Willis' ex-wife, has shared a new video of the star celebrating his 68th birthday surrounded by his family. Moore and Willis were married from 1987 to 2000 and share three daughters together. Moore's new video features their three daughters and the actor's other kids, as well as his current wife, Emma Heming Willis.Bruce Willis' Hollywood Career Is Legendary Although Willis is no longer appearing in new movies, he has starred in many iconic films that would go on to shape Hollywood.
Outside his work as McClane in five Die Hard movies, Willis also showed that his acting talents extended beyond just playing an action hero. The actor collaborated with M. Night Shyamalan on several movies, including The Sixth Sense and Unbreakable, both of which showed off a quieter and more touching side to the actor. Of course, no exploration of Willis' career would be complete without mentioning his role in Quentin Tarantino's seminal 1994 crime flick Pulp Fiction.
Willis also wasn't afraid to branch out into other genres as well, with his role in The Fifth Element seeing the actor absolutely nail a somewhat out-there science-fiction adventure. Even later on in his career in the mid-2000s, Willis starred in a number of interesting films, including 12 Monkeys, Lucky Number Slevin, and Sin City.
