The man central Florida deputies labeled a 'brutal rapist' was arrested after an observant resident reported his location.
Bruce Whitehead, 54, allegedly raped and mutilated a woman off Pine Hills Rd near North Ln. in Orlando, Florida on Dec. 10, 2022.the arrest was made at Landstar Boulevard and Weatherbee Road in the Orlando metro area. Deputies had him in custody 15 minutes after a tip about his whereabouts came in just after 7 a.m.
