The witness said that in May of 2022, he was posing as a 13-year-old boy online. He had been texting with 42-year-old Steven Allan Struzinski, a high school teacher in the Council Rock School District. At 3 p.m. that day, Sturzinski allegedly arrived at the park, where the witness said he took a picture of Struzinski's vehicle and license plate. Struzinski fled the park shortly after, according to officials.On Thursday, Struzinski was charged with a criminal attempt to commit involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and a criminal attempt to commit unlawful contact with a minor.
The staff member has been placed on administrative leave. We will be investigating the conduct of this employee. This is an active law enforcement investigation, and at this time, we have no additional information.
