“Given the circumstances, Alissa has decided to take a leave of absence which we support. Daniel has also decided to take a leave of absence,” a CBS spokesperson confirmed via email. The decision to go on leave “wasn’t voluntary” on the executives’ parts, the Journal reported, citing people familiar with the matter.
