Despite the traumatic experience, Nolan, known as Uncanny Annie, humorously documented the aftermath on social media, showing the ransacked house and the items left behind. She expressed empathy for the thieves while also highlighting the absurdity of the situation.
Burglars have ransacked the home of Western Bulldogs premiership hero Liam Picken and his influencer wife Annie Nolan. Football memorabilia and personal items such as her wedding shoes were stolen in the raid, but Nolan said the thieves did not take her wedding ring or Picken’s prized premiership medal. Nolan , a passionate blogger who has over 50,000 Instagram followers, gave fans an amusing tour of her Melbourne home after the raid.
“Don’t take those, just leave them to embarrass me, you a***holes,” she said. The professional dog groomer also feigned anger with her two hairless, Chinese Crested dogs, who did not deter the invaders. “Absolutely useless,” she said. “In trouble with me.” Despite the crime, Nolan showed some empathy to the thieves and was still able to have a laugh. “I believe there are really good people in the world,” she said. “These times drive people to do things, I think it’s really f***ing sad.
