After being all but destroyed by a ‘seven-truck’ fire, plenty are eyeing off a new lease of life for this Western Sydney home.

It’s roof may be completely destroyed and the inside unsafe to enter, yet this Western Sydney property has developers and owner-occupiers seeing opportunities to make a profit.A media release published by the NSW Fire and Rescue reported seven fire trucks responded to multiple triple-0 calls reporting the two-storey home ablaze near Alice St just before 12.30pm on March 17.The Wiley Park property burnt down earlier this year.
“The fire is thought to have started in the kitchen and spread to the roof, The cause of the blaze is yet to be determined,” the statement said at the time of the fire.The damage caused by the fire has significantly diminished its size, leaving it with a single-storey one bedroom and one bathroom dwelling.
