Rumors of Costco coming to former CNH Industrial draw concerns from Burr Ridge residents in nearby Fieldstone subdivision

It’s all they’ve known. “R-A Research Assembly is a very restrictive zoning classification, as this zoning classification mandates that all manufacturing-type activities may not be more than 30% of the total floor area developed on the lot,” said Walter. “This means that for every 100 square feet of indoor space, only 30 square feet may be used for these manufacturing-type uses.
