BREAKING: A fierce bushfire is threatening lives and homes in a tourist region, forcing people to evacuate their homes.
An emergency warning has been issued for people in an area bounded by McLeod Rd, Point Hillier Vista and Limbourne Rd in parts of Shadforth in the Shire of Denmark.
“You are in danger and need to act immediately to survive,” the Department of Fire and Emergency Services warned.The blaze started on Friday morning. This image is not from the current fire.
