Business Intelligence Analyst to be part of our esteemed client’s team in Johannesburg. In this role, you will leverage your analytical skills to transform data into actionable insights that will help drive business decisions.
You will collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and create tailored solutions that enhance operational efficiency.Collect, clean, and analyse data from multiple sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and external systems. Use SQL queries, data mining techniques, and statistical analysis to extract insights and identify trends.Present findings in a clear, concise, and visually appealing manner to facilitate understanding and decision-making. Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for strategic and operational initiatives. Identify key performance indicators and metrics to measure business performance and monitor progress towards goals.Develop user guides, documentation, and training materials to empower stakeholders in utilising data effectively. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency by implementing data governance policies and procedures.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.Strong analytical skills and ability to derive meaningful insights from complex datasets.Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Experience with programming languages for data analysis and modeling is a plus.Our client is offering a highly competitive salary for this role based on experience.You can also visit the Hire Resolve website: or email us your CV: .com We will contact you telephonically in 3 days should you be suitable for this vacancy.
