He's got big plans
The founder of a major utilities company in Preston has set his sights on a disused laundrette in the hopes of turning into a chippy.
Now the Preston developer hopes to breathe some lie back into the building with a foodie transformation. Plans outline his proposal for a single storey extension and the change of use of an existing laundrette to a hot food takeaway. "When I was about four or five I used to go in with my sisters, taking my mum's washing so it does bring back memories for me."
