Organizers for this weekend’s Desert Daze musical festival in Lake Perris, California, don’t expect issues stemming from possible power outages in the area,has learned. Lake Perris is located in Riverside County, which is one of eight Southern California counties that could have its power cut off as a safety measure due to powerful Santa Ana winds forecasted through Friday.
