Calvin told Alex Jones and Roman Kemp that he once stayed in a hotel in Switzerland and got a little peckish after he arrived, deciding to peruse the room service menu.
But rather than food, the room service on offer was cosmetic treatments – from botox to boob jobs and eyebrow lifts. Jokingly asked if he had partaken in any treatments, the Scottish musician replied: ‘I walked out of there looking like Simon Cowell.’Simon has been open about his previous cosmetic surgeries and admits he ‘might have gone a bit too far’ in the past in recent years, getting plenty of facial fillers and botox, but recently quit as he admitted his eight-year-old son Eric was in ‘hysterics’ over it.
He tends to have fairly good humour when it comes to jibes about his past treatments, with Ant and Dec joking about his ‘new face’ ahead of the most recent series of Britain’s Got Talent.
