Cambodian landmine experts train Ukrainians as Russian mines cause 'civilian casualties and suffering'

Heng Ratana, the de-mining centre's director-general, said the Ukrainians would be trained by Cambodian experts at the Mine Action Technical Institute in the central province of Kampong Chhnang.
