oes anything work right now? I go to Walgreens to pick up a prescription, and they ask me to verify my address.
I tell them, and they say that’s incorrect. I offer the address I lived at before my current one , and they say that’s still incorrect. After several attempts, they give me a clue. It turns out, they are using an address from 14 years ago. Once that’s sorted, they say my insurance will not cover my prescription because I already picked it up this month. I say that’s impossible and to check my prescription pick-up history. They say they can’t.
