Pastor Artur Pawlowski is facing his final trial in Alberta after two years of repeated hefty fines, arrests and imprisonment for keeping his church open during the pandemic.

Former Alberta Premier Jason Kenney was caught with members of his cabinet violating their own COVID rules 24 different ways during one dinner in 2021. Citing the upcoming trial, a spokesperson for the Alberta government declined Fox News Digital's request for comment in response to Pawlowski's claims.
