Perth, Adelaide and Darwin have “bumped the trend” of falling house prices in Australian capital cities after experiencing “slight” growth in July, says Sky News Reporter Holly Edwards-Smith.
CoreLogic data revealed housing prices in the three capital cities rose
between 0.2 and 0.4 per cent, while Sydney house prices dropped 2.2 per cent.
